„Und dann sind sie mal vor uns weggerannt…“ – Workshop über positive Erfahrungen und Ermutigungen beim Politik machen

„Na, wie war die Demo?“ So fängt das Gespräch meistens an. Was ist alles so schiefgelaufen? Wer ist gar nicht erst aufgetaucht? Wo wurde rumgemackert?
Und am Ende steht wieder einmal die Frage im Raum, ob das Rumgelaufe, das Frieren, die blauen Flecken, das Drucken von Flyern, die Ausarbeitung eines Redebeitrags oder Artikels, irgendwas gebracht haben. Ob es nun um ein Gespräch mit der Beziehungsperson geht oder die letzte Blockade – Alles ist politisch.
Wir wollen uns in diesem Workshop mit den negativen und positiven Aspekten des „Politik machens“ beschäftigen. Dazu werden wir uns mit verschiedenen (körperlichen) Methoden dem Thema nähern und uns gegenseitig zuhören, bestärken, ermutigen, empowern, unterstützen und motivieren.
Der Workshop findet in deutscher Lautsprache (mit Flüsterübersetzung auf englisch) statt und ist offen für alle Geschlechter. Der Raum ist rauchfrei und leider nicht barrierefrei.

„And then they ran away from us…“ – Workshop about positive experiences and reassurance with doing politics

„Hey, how was the demonstration?“ So the conversations often start. What went wrong? Who hasn‘t come? Who bloked?

And in the end there stays the question if all the running, freezing, the bruises, the printing of flyers, the preparation of speeches changed anything. If it’s the talk with your person in love or the last blockade – everything is political.

In this workshop we deal with the negative and positive aspects of doing politics. Therefor we approach the topic with different (bodily) methods and listen to each other, reassure, empower, support and motivate.
The workshop will be in German language (with the option to do wispered translation in english) and is open to all genders. The room is free of smoke and sadly not barrier-free.

She is Halla, a beloved, single choir director in her early fifties, living a secret double-life as a green activist when no one is looking. Cutting power lines to sabotage a local aluminum plant in her spare time, Halla mostly operates alone in her heroic yet elaborate quests. In the film’s breathtaking opening sequence, she runs from helicopters and drones, hides in natural cracks of the earth and finds refuge in the home of a local greenhouse farmer, who lends her a runaway vehicle and becomes her unofficial accomplice.
But along with saving the planet, Halla is also in the process of attempting to adopt a child, a lengthy procedure brought to an unexpected head when a Ukrainian orphan finds herself in dire need of a home.
